Boarding

Your dog will enjoy a safe and comfortable stay in our heated/air-conditioned facility with plenty of human interaction and play time. All shapes and sizes of dogs are welcome. Your dog will go outside a minimum of 5 times a day to play in our exercise yards similar to a home environment. If your dog is social, it can go out with small groups of appropriate dogs for play time. We provide bedding, and treats (or feel free to bring your own). The use of your own food for your dog's boarding is encouraged. Our staff will interact with your dog every day, multiple times a day, setting us apart from our competitors. We are happy to administer oral medication for dogs as needed for no additional fee.

We will happily board any of your furry friends (rabbits, rats, cats, etc.)!

Requirements for Boarding
Dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella. Please bring in your shot records or have your vet email them to us.
Note: We provide all the food, bedding, toys and treats necessary for your dog's stay, but you are allowed to bring your own. We recommend bringing your own food, especially for puppies or dogs with sensitive tummies.

Holiday periods and Heavy Demand Times: Booking Policy
Bookings that are made within a major Holiday or heavy demand period for same day drop off will be charged an additional 20% on top of the boarding rate.

This applies to bookings with less than 24 hours notice prior to any major holiday or heavy demand time. Please do not call us during holiday rush for same day drop off, you will be charged an additional 20% for the duration of your dogs stay.
Please give us enough time to prepare for your dog's stay with us and schedule staff accordingly. If you need to make a booking request with less than 48 hours notice, you must call the office at (847) 487-2419. We will not honor online boarding requests with less than 48 hours notice.
During holiday seasons, bookings made by phone with less than 48 hours notice are charged a 20% fee in addition to the holiday boarding rate.
